The challenge this year is to smoke/BBQ your best Pork or Beef ribs enough for 5-6 judges to taste.
All food must be made on site.
Bring your own grill & generator - if needed.
Blind judging starts at 1pm and you could win a $500 Ace gift card, a big Trophy & bragging rights for 2019!
